We have packages that include Final Prep (1 month prior to wedding) to our Full Service Planning & Design. Come experience our process!!
We assist the Bride and Groom with finding any and all outside vendors needed (Bridal & Bridesmaids dresses, Tuxedos, bakery, photographer, videographer, DJ, makeup artist).
- Scheduling meetings with Vendors that may be needed. Provide up to 2 reception meetings to preview reception design décor setup. *Only applicable when using our design packages.
- A full timeline for all events leading up to wedding day and day of events, Final checklist, tipping guidelines will be designed and given to the clients. We also provide the timeline to the wedding party.
- Coordination of out-of-town guests which include accommodations, transportation needs and delivery of welcome packets.
- Supervision of reception activities such as bridal party introductions, dances, toasts, tributes, slideshows, cake cutting, etc. *Only applicable when using our Full package or Day of coordination.
